Hello,
I'm late posting this.
These are the recent messages off Gary[G].

It says in the first message:
   Attention agents: the Comm App is now secure. We're beginning Operation: Hibernation - our plan to capture Herbert. Orders soon.

And in the second message it says:
Temperature at Toughest Mountain has dropped by 115%. According to my calculations, that should be enough to put Herbert into hibernation.


What I think,'The toughest mountain' is where Herbert will be,Also the great snow race could be there,So,I'm assuming we will capture Herbert on the great snow race,It could be.
We might meet herbert.
  P.S-I got it wrong,The great snow race IS this week on 25th of August on THURSDAY.
